Veterans Day 2024

Today we honor our Veterans. Those who volunteered to wear the cloth of our nation in her defense. We celebrate their selfless service, courage and commitment to this wonderful place we call home. It matters not if they served in a forward combat zone or in a garrison environment, what matters is that they stepped up without being asked and were willing to give the full measure of devotion for something bigger than themselves. Thank you to all of the Veterans in the NYSAASC community. Your presence makes us stronger, and we hope to grow our outreach to strengthen our ability to support you and bring new members into the fold.

We would also like to acknowledge our Veterans Outreach Committee Chairs, Austin F. Cheng, Esq. and Gabriel Figueroa, CASC. These two leaders, who are well-accomplished veterans themselves, continue to prove their impactful nature as leaders of the committee. We celebrate Austin and Gabe, alongside all of our NYSAASC Veterans, today and every day. Their service to this country and our Veterans Committee continues to impress us all.
